Make sure you read and understand every line before you begin any work!

For students that did not pass the "GateWay" for the second time you will complete 30 extra credit assignments from Distributive Property, Equations (solving) and System of Equations (solving). Make sure you number them 1- 30, all answers are correct, and eveyone of them are different. The extra credit that you have already completed does not count.(Distributive property will be the last ones that you complete after you do System of Equations (solving).

Requirements for Re-take
- The second "GateWay" completely self-assessed
- 30 extra assignments numbered and signed (click on the following link http://cid-7dbe813e658123a1.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/Extra%20Credit%20Documentation.xls#resId/7DBE813E658123A1!149 and print out the extra credit documentation form)
- All re-takes will only be done after school during my office hours when we get back from break, so you must come to me with the necessary documents and a positive attitude in order to re-take the Final (I will not remind any of you, it is your grade not mine).

For those that passed the Final just do as many extra credits as you can because you want a cushion going into intercession.
